Please be advised that effective 11/1/2022 we will be collecting a $50 deposit (excluding B12 injections) that will be applied towards the total cost of the service scheduled.

In order to be respectful to other clients and ensure that everybody gets their service at their scheduled time, our office requires no less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule before the scheduled appointment date and time. If re-scheduled, the $50 deposit will be applied towards the new appointment.

If the 48-hour cancelation policy is not met, or you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and surrendered. If you do not show up or give us less than 24 hours’ notice, we will charge you 50% of your scheduled service. For no show, or last-minute cancelations for Botox/Dysport we will charge $100. Please be advised that ALL clients are subject to our late and cancelation policies.

We do send email appointment reminders, but ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to remember appointment dates/times.

Thank you for your understanding in this new policy. We want to give all our clients the best possible service and ensure their desired date/time for appointments are available. When clients do not show up or cancel at the last minute, it prevents others from receiving their desired service.
